Opportunities
This industry is exciting and growing fast. With our group, we are in constant need of talented and passionate individuals to grow with our team. Here are some of the departments we look for teammates:


Sales
The Sales Team become well-versed in the Harley-Davidson® lineup of bikes. By knowing the motorcycles and getting to know their customers, they fit them with the perfect motorcycle for their riding style. Starting on the floor and being the face of the dealership, there is an opportunity to grow into team leader roles, train new employees, and possibly grow into other departments.
Motor Clothes
The Motor Clothes team gets to shine when our customers come in and are looking to stay protected, gear up, or shop for friends and family. They have a passion for the latest Harley-Davidson® styles and get excited about outfitting customers with the latest and greatest.
Parts & Accessories
 In the Parts & Accessories department, we like to bring on team members who know Harley-Davidson® parts, accessories and MORE. They understand the value of personalization and performance while knowing the right parts to get their customers set up and running, each in their own unique way. Customer trust that our P&A team is going to get them taken care of.
 

Service
The service department is the heartbeat of the dealership. Once customers have been fitted with their perfect Harley-Davidson® Motorcycle, the service department personalizes their bikes and keeps them out on the road. We look for trained service technicians, and experienced service writers.
 

Administrative
We have various administrative roles within our dealership that keep us running smoothly for both our customers and our staff. There are roles in finance, business development, marketing, customer service, front desk, and more. If you have a passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson® lifestyle but have more administrative skills, we've got a great workplace with lots of opportunities for growth internally and throughout our dealership network.
